REVE Chat pricing is based on your package, Seats, AI Credits, and add-ons. Each plan includes a set number of features and usage limits, so you can choose the package that fits your team size, customer conversation volume, and AI-powered support needs.
A Seat is a team member who can log in and use REVE Chat. Seats can be used by agents, admins, supervisors, managers, sales representatives, or anyone else who needs access to the platform.
A Session is a customer conversation handled through REVE Chat. It can include a live chat conversation, a chatbot conversation, or a conversation that starts with automation and is transferred to a human agent.
When you sign up, you get access to all our Enterprise features for 14 days. This includes 10 agent seats, 5000 AI credits, and 1,000 chatbot sessions so you can test our AI and integrations at full power. No credit card is required to do so.
No. Customer conversations are counted as Sessions. This makes it easier to understand your total conversation volume across live chat, chatbot automation, and bot-to-agent handoffs.
AI Credits are used for AI-powered features in REVE Chat, including AI Copilot, AI Agents, AI-generated replies, AI knowledge search, AI automation, and AI training-related activity.
Monthly AI Credits included with your plan do not carry over to the next billing cycle. Extra AI Credits purchased separately can be used according to the applicable add-on terms.
We won't cut you off mid-conversation, but your AI Agent will stop responding to future customers. You can either buy additional AI credits via add-ons, upgrade your plan, or continue future conversations with Live Chat until the monthly limits reset.
Chatbot helps you create structured automation flows for routing, lead collection, FAQs, and guided customer journeys. AI Copilot assists human agents with AI-powered suggestions and support. AI Agents are AI-powered agents that can help handle customer conversations more intelligently.
