You will have the option to subscribe to a paid plan (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise) or move to our Forever Free plan. Your data and configurations remain safe regardless of what you choose.

AI Credits are used to power advanced features like AI Copilot, knowledge training for LLMs and much more. Every paid plan comes with a base monthly allowance, and you can buy extra credits as an add-on.
All unused Chatbot or Live Chat Sessions do not roll over to the next month, as well as all monthly AI Credit allowance. However, additional AI Credits purchases via add-ons never expire and stay in your wallet until they are used up.
Yes! We offer a "pick-and-mix" approach for social channels. You can add WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, or others as Add-ons to any paid plan for a small monthly fee (wherever applicable), ensuring you only pay for the platforms your customers use. Some of these channels are included in Growth and Enterprise packages.
Yes. "Whitelabeling" is available as an add-on for $199/month. This allows you to fully brand the chat widget and dashboard as your own.
We won't cut you off mid-conversation. A temporary buffer is applied. Afterward, you can either upgrade your plan or continue future conversations with Live Chat until monthly limits reset.
Each plan has a "Seat Ceiling":
Yes. You can install your chat widget on multiple domains. Your total sessions and agent activity across all sites will simply count toward your overall plan limits.
Absolutely. You can move sliders or change tiers at any time. Changes are prorated, and any remaining balance is credited to your REVE Chat wallet for future use.
Our billing is 100% transparent. You pay only for what you select on the sliders and the add-ons you enable. There are no setup fees or hidden "per-ticket" charges.
You can cancel anytime and keep your features until the end of the billing cycle. After that, your account stays active but reverts to the Free Plan limits, ensuring you never lose access to your historical data.
